Puppy & Flow runs weekend puppy yoga on the Westside in Westwood, Los Angeles, minutes from UCLA and convenient from Santa Monica, Brentwood, and Beverly Hills. Most classes meet at our main studio, and select plaza or pop-up classes happen in nearby Westwood Village spaces about a minute away. Your class location is shown before checkout and included in your booking confirmation.

Where is class — is it near UCLA?
Yes! We're in Westwood, Los Angeles, convenient from UCLA, Santa Monica, Brentwood, Beverly Hills, and the rest of the Westside. The exact studio address and parking details are included in your booking confirmation email.
Do I need yoga experience?
Not at all! Our classes are designed for all levels, from total beginners to experienced yogis. The puppies don't judge — and neither do we.
Can kids attend?
Yes. Classes are for ages 6 and up. Each child aged 6–11 must attend with their own ticketed parent or legal guardian, who stays with them throughout class. Ages 12–15 must attend with a ticketed participating adult. Ages 16–17 may attend without an adult, but a parent or legal guardian must book and sign the waiver.
What should I bring?
Just yourself and a smile! Yoga mats are provided at every class — no need to bring your own (you're welcome to if you prefer). Wear comfortable clothes you don't mind getting a little furry.
Do I need my own yoga mat?
We provide mats for everyone at every session. Show up as you are — we've got you covered.
Where do the puppies come from?
The puppies come from carefully screened, responsible breeder partners and participate in Puppy & Flow experiences for safe, supervised socialization. Before a puppy participates, we review relevant age, health, vaccination, temperament, and class-suitability information. The puppies remain under their caregivers' responsibility throughout the experience.
Are any puppies looking for permanent homes?
Sometimes. If a participating puppy is available through their breeder partner, we can make an introduction. The breeder handles health information, pricing, contracts, placement decisions, and ownership transfer.
What happens if a puppy interrupts my pose?
That's the best part! Puppy interruptions are encouraged. Downward dog takes on a whole new meaning here.
What's the refund policy?
Full refunds are available when you cancel more than 5 days (120 hours) before class. At 120 hours or less, tickets are non-refundable. You can reschedule yourself until the class is less than 48 hours away; later changes are at our discretion and subject to availability.
How many puppies will be there?
The number varies by session, depending on which puppies are attending and what is appropriate for them. We do not guarantee a specific count—safe class size and the puppies' comfort come first.
